Horrible. Elevation gain reported is 5-6 times the actual elevation gain of the ride. I reported this and spent a lot of time sending them data and they wouldn’t even try to fix it. They put my ticket on hold basically saying they wouldn’t fix it. I bought a Wahoo Heart Rate Strap, planning to use it with the Wahoo Fitness app. Had to give up and go to MapMyRide. Wahoo is worthless and I would never buy anything from them again.

Having read the other reviews on here, unfortunately I’ve had a very similar experience. Ordered a Kickr Snap on 13th Jan, originally got the UPS delivery email for delivery on 20th Jan. I think I’m now up to 9 times it’s been rescheduled/delayed - with no response from Wahoo on my last 4 emails. As others have said - they’re delighted to take your money then seem to wash their hands of the responsibility to deliver the products! Complete and utter shambles. If only I’d have read these reviews first I might have avoided so much hassle. I can’t even get hold of them for a refund now - might need to raise it with my bank as a chargeback claim! Would not recommend them to anyone.

Any product can have a problem but Wahoo has been nothing short of perfect for sorting my problem out. Great, reliable and reactive CS support and awesome warranty service for a Wahoo kickr.couldn't,'t recommend more

Great service from Matt at Wahoo. The screen on my 2 year old ELEMNT Bolt failed on Wednesday half way through a ride. This meant I had a difficult time turning it off as the button instructions are on screen. Very disappointed as the Bolt is a great product.Sent a ticket to Wahoo that evening and had an email back the next day with some potential fixes, most of which I had already tried. Advised Wahoo that nothing was working and by Friday, following a ‘field destroy’ I had an email confirming a replacement was on its way.Very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service. I am hoping the new Bolt will arrive as promptly.

Had a replacement sent but had to pay a deposit so I wasn’t without a trainer for a few weeks. Since I have returned mine customer service has been non existent and my package is being held in UPS by request of wahoo and no sign of my deposit back.

Bought a Kickr bike, £3,000 so not cheap. It broke after 6 weeks. Trying to get a replacement is nearly impossible. Customer service respond very slowly if at all. Given up trying for a replacement. Will get refund and a Wattbike.

We just received a Wahoo Kickr Snap bought directly on their website. It took 2 days from order placement to shipment, but it arrived from the Netherlands to Denmark just over the weekend. So all is good. Unboxing, setup and installation was really smooth and easy. The product feels well made and the BT connect was made in first attempt. We had our first rides and I am impressed how silent it operates (Given some of the reviews read about those kind being noisy). We can bike and watch tv on normal volume with no problems. Still missing to link it up to a simulator.I will not hesitate to recommend the Kickr Snap

Ordered kickr core whilst they had one in stock had tracking info from wahoo and ups tracking its journey from Netherlands to uk . Was due for delivery tomorrow and it arrived today so less than 7 days from order to delivery . I too emailed wahoo concerned with hearsay about being charged import duties or tax upon delivery but had a fast response back confirming nothing due . Delivery without any further duties payable a thoroughly enjoyable experience to transact with wahoo - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to use wahoo - assuming they have stock !!! Thank you wahoo !!

Ordered a kickr core from the UK website, and originally panicked when I then looked at the trust pilot reviews. However, three days after placing the order I am now looking at my shiny new turbo and can't wait to get started! The customer service team were extremely quick to respond to my worried emails, and there were no additional duty fees upon delivery. Great customer service and great shopping experience.

Bought a recertified Wahoo Kickr 2018 for £850 as it was the only model available in December 2020. After 3 weeks a fault developed and I contacted Wahoo. They only appear to be contactable from the UK vie email and this takes a few days between responses due to the being in the US.I was advised to return the faulty one and they'd replace it with another recertified model. I explained I wasn't keen on this due to it becoming faulty within days of purchase, but was told this was the only option other than a refund. I asked to pay the difference for a new one and again as told this wan't possible.I arranged for the return and printed all the documents that they provided and ordered a new Kickr for £1000.TNT arrived to collect the faulty unit but refused to pick it up because Wahoo hadn't provided an invoice, which is now required due to Brexit. I waited a further 3 days after taking the day off to wait for the initial collection.They've now collected it 3 weeks after I initially contacted them. My new Kicker hasn't arrived 2 weeks after paying for it and I'm £1850 out of pocket.Appalling levels of customer care, and can't be bothered to read/respond to emails. Don't buy rectified, if it goes wrong the 2 year guarantee will help but don't expect anything to be sorted out quickly. Check online forums, loads of complaints and wahoo don't appear to be bothered.

So I bought a reconditioned unit to save 15%. after a few weeks and very little use. It got noisy. I uploaded a video and was told the reconditioned unit has a failed bearing. I have waited in for a whole day for courier collection and nobody showed. I messaged wahoo but didn't get a reply. The courier (tnt) did however call and arranged to collect. But didn't. Another full wasted day.Not sure where this will end up but pretty unhappy right now ?

I was happy with their customer services, but a little disappointed with the quality control.1) I purchased Kickr Snap, but it had defect on the roller so I returned and got refunded hassle-free.2) I then purchased Kickr 2018 refurbished, but I wasn't entirely happy with the unit either. Having to index gear every time I take the bike off and back on again was just too much hassle for me. Kickr 2018 was returned as well and received a refund on a timely manner.Communication was quick in general, but it took rather long and I had to wait several days from time to time with returning Kickr Snap.Conclusion,Happy with customer service, but trainers did not work for me.But Wahoo Elemnt Bolt is my fav cycle computer so I cannot rate them too badly, it's just a pity Wahoo Kickrs did not work for me and hope they can improve QC.

Very good service. I broke my wahoo Roam that was 14 months old and they replaced it free. Can't fault them. Thanks Wahoo
